About the project/ MORE is a retail application suite designed to manage the full life cycle of all the processes of a retail player, from its suppliers’ contracts management to the cash register software, passing through all the intermediate processes. One unique design specialized in retail.

The client is a leader in providing information systems for the retail and distribution chain. The company innovates the paradigms of the sector, creating new ones, with customized, effective, and technologically advanced solutions, able to support the programmatic and technological development of companies even from their immediate needs.

What you need to own:

  • BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent certified education
  • 5+ years of experience in using Java language and SQL
  • Experience with J2EE frameworks: Hibernate, EJB 3, iBATIS
  • Solid know-how of web services: SOAP, REST
  • Good knowledge of JDK 1.7 or higher
  • Application servers: Jboss 7.1, WildFly
  • Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Developer or PL/SQL Developer
  • Knowledge of Angular
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot framework
  • Experience in using GIT
  • Creative thinking attitude with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to perform quality work within deadlines
  • Good analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player skills with a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English

What would be nice for you to know and have

  • Jasper Reports knowledge
  • Experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
  • Knowledge of JSF, jQuery, CSS
  • Maven skills
  • Basic knowledge of Linux Console / Terminal
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of the Italian language
