IT Recruiter

Our client is a global engineering and consulting group, an expert in the container ecosystem, data processing, analytics, and cloud-native technologies, currently looking to expand their internal team with an experienced IT Recruiter.

The position is available in Iasi, or remotely anywhere in Romania.

What your mission will be:

  • Work closely with the HR Director to understand each position’s hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations;
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting for the company's positions across Romania and other countries in EMEA helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent;
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up;
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies;
  • Stay active on current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements;
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database;
  • Creating a great experience for each candidate during the selection process.

What we are looking for:

  • 3 years of working experience in recruitment (at least 1 year in IT recruitment), with a successful track record in a variety of roles;
  • University graduate, ideally in the HR/business area;
  • Natural born headhunter, with great interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English both in speaking and writing;
  • Project management skills;
  • Positive and entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • A passion for innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques;
  • Thorough knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends - is a plus.
